The U.S. Federal Channels primarily refers to the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) healthcare program managed by the Veterans Health Administration (VHA) and the Tricare (DOD) healthcare program managed by the Defense Health Agency (DHA). Rondal L. Turner, Colonel (Retired) is the President & CEO of A2A Alliance Pharmaceuticals and provides strategic leadership using his career experience involving U.S. Government Acquisition and Procurement. In addition to COL(R) Turner's decorated career, he obtained a Masters Degree in Strategic Studies from the United States Army War College. COL(R) Turner has been responsible for developing and executing Federal and State government concepts, policies, plans and programs in preparation for and execution of assigned and inferred missions during his 30+ year military and commercial career. He manages the strategic infrastructure and foundation for A2A Alliance Pharmaceuticals to uphold the promise to deliver safe, effective, and affordable FDA-approved pharmaceuticals, optics, and medical devices to meet our customers’ needs and ensure that patients and veterans have access to high-quality medicines when they need it. The confidence in our ability to execute and play a key role in the U.S. Government pharmaceutical marketplace is underscored by the dedication of our employees and their commitment to excellence and serving the people.
